This laptop has the following issues; after using it a while, the screen freezes over, with lines and the image does not refresh. This condition appears to be related to the LCD interface only, because if you plug in an external monitor, even when the screen is totally frozen, the computer works fine on the external monitor. Second issue; the DVD drive does not open automatically anymore. You have to stick a clip on the little hole to pen it manually, every time. It does however plays dvd's and cd's. Third issue; the battery needs replacement. Because of all the issues with this laptop, it is being offered AS-IS, for parts or fix.
