Once it starts, it runs fine, getting it to turn on is very difficult, sometimes you have to unplug the laptop for many days and then try again, or it may not turn on at all. This Compaq Laptop is being offered as DAMAGED FOR PARTS OR FIX and in as-is basis. Power adaptor is included. Nothing else will be included with this item.
