Q. What is the UEE Network?
A. The UEE Network buys, refurbishes, exchanges
and sells technology related equipment. All equipment is
described to the best of our knowledge. If there is any
known issue related to any item, it will be shown on
the item's description area.
Q. Is the item still available?
A. If the field "Items in Stock" shows zero, item has been sold and is no longer available.
Q. How do I buy an item?
A. Buying an item is very simple, you just
send us your offer, via the form or email or and we will respond either we accept
or reject the offer. We don't mind you trying to get a
good deal, try us!.
Q. I sent an inquiry and never received an answer... What's going on?
A. Some email providers have wrongly assigned biocomp.net's domain, as a spam domain due to email hijacking. You must add biocomp.net as a trusted domain in your email settings.
Q. What about shipping?.. Do you sell
internationally?
A. Yes!, we do sell internationally. For
international orders we always try to ship via USPS
(Parcel, surface mail service), other carriers may
increase too much the product's final cost. Domestic
orders may be shipped via FedEx ground or USPS. Name your
final price including shipping!.. You may get the item!.
Q. My offer was accepted, now what?
A. At this point you received an email, stating
that your offer was accepted, we will send you an invoice. We always prefer PayPal payments, please get
PayPal verified, it takes a couple of days but is well
worth it and it protects you and us. We won't accept
payments from an unverified PayPal account. If you don't
want to use PayPal, you may use Western Union's money
transfers. If you want to mail your check, you will have
to mail it certified. We won't be liable for checks
"lost in the mail.."

privacy. We will never relay ANY information about yourself to any third parties.
